Employment is a Business Relationship which is beneficial for both parties.

In general an employee provides labour, service and/or expertise which in turn assist the company to achieve its objective. In most cases the basic objective is to make money. In return the employee gains financial income, an opportunity to develop skills and the environment to feel worthy in society. The concept is basic however; in reality these relationships are as varied and diverse, as the number of individuals and types of jobs. Many business relationships do not work at their full potential. Often an understanding of various viewpoints and the commitment to resolve issues result in more productivity and greater rewards.
